At Gnetiq Seedbank, we want you to have the best experience with every purchase. Therefore, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reasons, or you can exercise your statutory right of return for an item.

Information about your return right:
Most Gnetiq Seedbank items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Depending on where you live and which postal service you have chosen, it may take a few days or even weeks for a returned item to reach us. Once your package arrives at our processing center, we need about 2 business days to process the refund. How long it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account depends on your bank’s location and its internal processes. Please note that the return shipping costs for the item must be borne by you.

Your liability is limited to a loss in value of the product caused by handling or use that goes beyond what is necessary to check its functionality or condition. Furthermore, it is required that all promotional gifts you received with the order are also returned. Otherwise, the value of these gifts (based on their sale price) will be deducted from the refund.

The right of return does not apply to the following products:

• • Items where the original seal has been opened
  • Products returned outside the return period
  • Items with a short shelf life

Statutory right of withdrawal:
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item(s) without providing any reasons. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the following information.

Right of withdrawal:
As long as your order (or parts of it) is still sealed, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt without providing any reasons.

The return period ends 14 days after the day you received the product (or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier). If you ordered multiple items with different delivery times in one order, the return period ends 14 days after receiving the last delivered product of that order.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In the event of your contract withdrawal, Gnetiq Seedbank will refund all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery method chosen by you that deviates from the cheapest method we offer), no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method you used for the payment transaction. There are no costs incurred for you for this refund.

After you have contacted our customer service and we have received the products along with the return form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email. Gnetiq Seedbank is entitled to withhold the refund amount until the returned products have arrived.

The products must be returned immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, to the following address:
